MAXIM DIKOV
Full-Stack Developer specializing in building modern web applications and digital solutions based in Vienna, Austria.
Born in Moscow in 2004, I developed an early passion for technology that evolved into professional expertise. After completing my trilingual education (German/Russian/English) at Vienna's prestigious Theresianum Academy (graduated with honors, 2023), I'm now pursuing Computer Science at Johannes Kepler University Linz. My linguistic arsenal includes native-level German and Russian, fluent English, and foundational French / Latin.
I began my first internship with Arsenal LLC (security systems development) and launched the actively used Chronoschool platform at 17. My technical stack emphasizes modern web development (Svelte, React) and strong Java fundamentals (Java Spring + JPA etc.), complemented by working knowledge of PHP, C#, JavaScript, and systems programming (C++ / Python scripting & automation). I maintain particular expertise in UNIX environments (Debian / FreeBSD).
Currently focusing on AI-driven information space analysis tools, I combine low-level system understanding with cutting-edge web development to create innovative solutions for marketing intelligence.

icecom – IT Consultant
2024
Supported the setup of the hotel’s IT infrastructure, focusing on the integration of web-based booking systems. Also contributed to the redesign of the broader web architecture, enhancing its scalability and maintainability.
Chronoschool – Founder & Lead Developer
Since 2021
Designed and developed Chronoschool, a professional-grade web application used for digital timetable planning. It is a scalable, multi-user platform enabling educators to manage personalized schedules and track statistical data. The platform is actively deployed, including at Vienna’s Theresianum Academy.
Arsenal LLC – Intern
2017–2018
My first internship at early age involved assisting in server maintenance (Debian) and hands-on development tasks within a Linux-based infrastructure at Arsenal LLC, a company specializing in security systems.
Skills & Interests
Beyond programming and languages, I bring strong analytical and structural thinking from my background in legal studies. I am well-versed in legal fundamentals, particularly related to digital rights and technology law.
Outside of work, I’m passionate about mountain hiking and cooking — both creative and meditative pursuits that balance my technical mindset. I also enjoy discovering Europe's cultural and geographic diversity through frequent travel.
